Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may have their appointment time reduced to accommodate other scheduled bookings.
Pricing: All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Payment must be made at the end of the appointment.
Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. Any tips are given at the discretion of the client.
Health Disclosure: Clients are required to inform the salon staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant information prior to receiving treatments.
Child Policy: For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times. The salon will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours. We offer a complimentary adjustment to rectify any issues.
Patch Test: Certain services may require a patch test 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is to ensure no allergic reactions occur.
Personal Belongings: The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Clients are advised to secure their personal belongings during their visit.
Health and Safety: All services are performed by trained professionals. However, the salon cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from treatments.
